Personal profile

Virginie Litaudon is a distinguished academic with a deep commitment to sustainable business practices and ethical leadership. Currently, she leads a module on ethical and responsible leadership, while also teaching contemporary issues in sustainable business. Before her tenure at Ð԰ɵç̨, Virginie lent her expertise at the University of Portsmouth as both an hourly-paid lecturer and a research fellow. There, she completed her PhD, funded by the PlastCity project (an Interreg 2 Seas project). This initiative was geared towards increasing plastic recycling rates throughout Europe, highlighting her dedication to environmental solutions.

Beyond this, Virginie's research interests are comprehensive, spanning from the circular economy, sustainability, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) to the complexities of collaborative projects and inter-organisational collaboration. A significant hallmark of her academic journey was the development of an inter-organisational collaboration theory during her PhD, providing insights into the collaborative mechanisms of multi-actor and cross-border collaboration in complex projects. Virginie's journey and accomplishments demonstrate her passion for understanding and promoting sustainable and collaborative business practices.
